To install the plugin, there are two ways either you can locate it in the plugin marketplace or load the plugin from disk. Make sure to have rider version 2021.2.* or later before install. In rider, I had some problem locating the plugin in plugin marketplace at first, but after retrying later I could find it. This means that if you're running any flavor of the JetBrains IDE like IntelliJ, GoLand, or Webstorm you can use Github Copilot. At Github Universe 2021 they announced support for NeoVim and Jetbrains. When it was released back in June of 2021 they only had support for Visual Studio Code. I'm not sure if it supported Java when it was first launched but at the time of writing this, the technical preview supports Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, Java & Go.
